Although I have worked in various operational roles, I thrive working strategically from the board room.
My board experience ranges from a small social enterprise to a Series A tech startup.
In my current position as an external CEO at SSE Business Lab and SSE Ventures, I work with boards that continuously improve my chances of doing a great job.

Ridely May 2022 - current
Ridely helps riders to reach their full potential and enjoy their sport more by partnering with some of the best riders and trainers in the world to produce top-quality riding exercises and training programs.
I advise on digital marketing, including data analytics, growth marketing as well as fundraising strategy.
Relox Robotics Apr 2018 - Jun 2022
Relox Robotics develops autonomous robots for different applications, and their first robot sets out to automate ball picking on driving ranges.
I was advising on finance and business, which included budgeting, supporting the fundraising strategy during the first three rounds (raising 9 MSEK in total), and hiring the first CEO.
My Dream Now Sep 2018 - Apr 2020
My Dream Now engages volunteers through universities and organizations to inspire students to discover work opportunities through a program for social sustainability where employers taking active social responsibility offer their employees to engage with students.
I was advising on strategy focusing on the digital development of the app and marketing efforts, as well as helping build growth initiatives and events.
Business focus
My area of expertise is turning tech-heavy businesses into Growth Engines, but I also work with non-tech businesses that need a push in Sales and Growth.
I have a strong background in business from the Stockholm School of Economics, through my work with the incubator and Fundraising for the 100 MSEK venture fund SSE Ventures. I work closely with private investors, from business angels to venture capital firms. Therefore, I know what investors and customers look for when deciding on an organization to engage with.
Growth
I’m confident in advising organizations on sales and growth marketing to grow business, having worked and supported businesses in both B2C and B2B.
My experience in B2C includes Analytics & Data implementation, refining the Customer Experience and increasing conversion at every step of the User Journey.
In B2B, I excel at the Personal Meeting where I ensure we don’t leave money on the table while valuing customer relationships.
Digitalization
I advise organizations on adapting to new ways of working, new technology and a new generation of knowledge workers and business creators.
In my role working with quick and fast-footed startups, I get insights into the latest Changes in Customer Behaviour and Demands and how it affects the growth of businesses. I know how to Future-proof an organization, making them more resistant and ready for rapid societal changes.
